We make a great refrigerated salsa which comes in two speeds, medium and hot. They are refrigerated moments after they are ladled into jars and have a shelf-life of forty days, but most of them never last that long. The Green Dip is a delicious combination of cilantro and ranch dressing, and is perfect for chips and for topping all Mexican dishes. It has a touch of heat.
